Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todas las actuaciones surtidas en la tutela de la referencia desde el auto admisorio de la misma proferido el 12 de enero de 2005 por el Juzgado 1 Civil Municipal de Facatativá.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Juzgado 1 Civil Municipal de Facatativá que reinicie el proceso, previa notificación a todas las partes interesadas en el mismo, a C.I. Inversiones F y G Ltda., a la Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado Coopser y/o COORRECURSOS, así como a todas aquellas entidades que en su criterio deban responder.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, REMITIR el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado 1 Civil Municipal de Facatativá con el fin de que se surta el trámite indicado en el numeral anterior.
Cuarto. Una vez cumplido lo anterior, y si el fallo no fuere impugnado, o resuelta la impugnación, regrese el expediente a la Corte Constitucional para su eventual revisión
